Caregiver Education/Peer Support/Coaching offered by Trualta
Offers evidence-based caregiver education in short snippets designed to build caregiver confidence and empower caregivers to continue providing care for the loved one safely at home. Topics available include: - Emergency preparedness - Stroke recovery - Dementia and brain health - Intellectual and developmental disabilities - Communication - Caregiver wellness. Also offers virtual webinars and support groups for caregivers. Registration is required. Contracts with Washington state Community Living Connections and DSHS to provide service.

Washington state caregivers who are caring for someone that is in one of the following scenarios: - Over the age of 60 - Has memory loss or dementia - Has a disability - Caring for a grandchild or other relative under the age of 19.
