Eligibility

ONLY SERVES OKANOGAN COUNTY.
  • Adults ages 18 or older
  • Must have a behavioral health diagnosis (mental health and/or substance use disorder)
  • Must be homeless or at risk of homelessness, institutionalization, or involvement with the justice system
  • Must be enrolled in or eligible for behavioral health services through a BH-ASO or MCO
  • Must be willing to engage with supportive housing case management

Provides long-term rental assistance to eligible individuals residing in Okanogan County who have qualifying behavioral health diagnosis' and are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The program supports housing stability through rental subsidies paired with ongoing case management and support services. Services are intended to help clients avoid institutionalization, reduce crisis service use, and maintain stable housing. Priority is given to individuals exiting institutions to homelessness.
