Specialty Health Care offered by Project Access Northwest
Works with low-income, uninsured clients who get their primary care services in a community clinic or free clinic and have their doctor's referral for medical or dental specialty care. Refers clients to a network of specialists and hospitals who have agreed to donate their care and services to this patient population. Arranges for interpretive services when needed and provides other case management services to ensure the client receives the specialty care he/she needs.

Application process
Complete the short screening and demographic form. A short, confidential phone screening will be conducted by a member of the care coordination team Once complete, you will be referred to a screened, “best-fit” volunteer licensed counselor. A member the Project Access Northwest Care Coordination team will send you an email or give you a call with the name of you assigned counselor, for you to reach out and schedule your first appointment.
