Energy Assistance Program offered at Community Action of Skagit County
Provides assistance to households who would otherwise be unable to pay for heat and energy. Funding comes through the federal Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) for heat, and from Puget Sound Energy for electric, as well as a smaller fund for Cascade Natural Gas customers.
