Residents of Whitman County who
- Are ages 60 or older (55+ if American Indian/Alaska Native)
- Have income below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level

Provides low-income older adults with vouchers to purchase fresh, locally grown fruits, vegetables, herbs, and honey from authorized farmers markets and farm stores. The program supports healthy eating, helps stretch food budgets, and connects participants to local agriculture.
Participants receive a one-time seasonal benefit of $80 loaded onto an electronic benefits card. Benefits can be used to buy items such as apples, berries, leafy greens, tomatoes, peppers, squash, and fresh herbs. Funds are available for a limited time during the market season and must be used from June through October.
