Eligibility

Clients must enroll primary care services and outpatient counseling to receive MOUD services. Poly substance users are accepted on a case by case basis.

Hours

Walk in hours are M-F, 7am-12pm. Dosing hours for current patients are M-F, 5:30am-2:30pm, Sa, 7am-12pm.
