Retreat Centers at Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission
Retreat Centers or Environmental Learning Centers (ELC) are unique facilities designed to provide groups an opportunity to enjoy nature while staying in rustic camps. ELCs may be used for school and church group gatherings, family reunions, business retreats and weddings. NO pets are allowed in the ELC area. ELCs are located at the following state parks: - Brooks Memorial - Deception Pass and Cornet Bay - Puffer Butte, Camp Wooten and Wohelo Lodge, near Fields Spring - Camp Hoskins at Fort Flagler - Lewis and Clark - Millersylvania - Camp Moran (Orcas Island) - Camp Ramblewood at Sequim Bay - Camp Delany at Sun Lakes
