Eligible participants MUST be moving into home within 90 days of submitted referral.

Focus Population

Dignity for Divas (DfD) operates core programs designed to promote stability and self-sufficiency, supporting long-term housing success using a three-tiered self-care model.
Tier 1 – Diva Duty:
- Monthly distribution of Diva Survival Kits containing 10-15 personal care and hygiene items for unsheltered individuals (primarily women).
- Includes Diva Outreach Survival Guide with local resources, shelter maps, and DfD contact information.
- Welcome Home Kits provided to women recently transitioned into housing, including:
- Cleaning supplies
- Toilet paper and paper towels
- Kitchen utensils
- Small kitchen appliances
- Bedding items
- Full-size personal care products
- Toys and books for children (when available)
- Access to healing, supportive program materials
- Monthly health & wellness and skill-building workshops for one full year, including a Mommy & Me Workshop Series
- Referrals to partner agencies for furniture assistance
- Access to weekly food shopping pantry appointments (by appointment only)
- Diva Dream Kits awarded to women who maintain permanent housing for six months as a milestone of success and continued connection.
