Call to get a certification form or use the RRFP Application Form, and have a doctor fill it out before you register. - RRFP based on disability for those ages 6 to 64 requires photo to be taken in person at the King Street Center office or submitted at https://reducedfare.kingcounty.gov/en-US/. - RRFP for seniors requires only proof of age and can be issued by mail or by visiting the customer service office in person or to be taken in person at the King Street Center Office. - Call to get this information in an accessible format. Information online is translated into Amharic, Chinese, Korean, Punjabi, Russian, Somali, Spanish, Ukrainian and Vietnamese.
Initial RRFP is free, replacements are $3 to issue. Rides on Metro buses are $1 during all hours. $36 for a metro monthly reduced fare pass loaded on an ORCA RRFP card. Fares for rides on other transit agencies may vary.

Description
Issues permanent and temporary Regional Reduced Fair Permits (RRFPs) to senior riders, riders with a disability and Medicare card holders for discounted rates on the following public transportation systems in the Puget Sound region: - Metro Transit - Community Transit - Everett Transit - Pierce Transit - Intercity Transit - Jefferson Transit - Skagit Transit - Kitsap Transit - Sound Transit - Mason Transit - Washington State Ferries - King County Water Taxi - Seattle Streetcar Temporary RRFPs may be issued for disabilities that will expire over time; permanent RRFPs are offered for disabilities that are lifelong and persistent. Those who become qualified for an RRFP could also be eligible for the Taxi Scrip program, if certain income requirements are met. A Personal Care Attendant Ride Free RRFP-PCA is also available if certain requirements are met.
