Eligibility
Families with children ages 1 to 3 years old.
Family is homeless or child is in foster care.
Family is receiving SNAP, or TANF, or SSI.
Income must be at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level.
Families with the highest need are prioritized first.
Must live in or have childcare or work address inside of Seattle Public School District or Highline Public School District area.
Priority is given to children with special needs.

Offers an early learning support program for families with children ages from 1 to 3 years old. Children attend toddler class 5 days per week. This program connects families to comprehensive health and nutrition services including developmental and health screenings, family support services and access to group activities.
