Located on 341 Bayview Ave on the beach side at driving towards the Tribal Center.
Eligibility
Enrolled members of any tribe age 50 & over within the program service area. Also includes spouse of eligible participant, handicapped & disabled in the same household of the eligible participant, and volunteers who provide assistance during the meal hour to the program.
