Homebound Senior Outreach Program offered by Sno-Valley Senior Center

Behind Carnation City Hall at the intersection of Stephens Ave & W Bird St. Transportation is available to and from the center via Snoqualmie Valley Transportation Valley Shuttle; $1 suggested donation per trip. Sno-Valley Senior Center

Provides a variety of services and activities for adults in the Snoqualmie Valley, including Duvall, Carnation and Fall City. No age requirement to participate or receive services, however many programs/ services are geared towards those 55+.
