M-F, 7:30am-6pm.

Application process

Call. Able to induce patients on medication with 4-7 business days from initial contact, typically one office visit is needed before starting patient on medication.

Accepts private insurance, Medicare and Apple Health/Medicaid.

Program provides MOUD services as well as SUD Outpatient services. Can prescribe to pregnant women. Poly-substance use is accepted on case-by-case basis. Must have referral from primary care doctor, or patient must establish primary care with clinic before being eligible to receive medications. Induction possible after initial evaluation.
