Description

The Housing Resources Bainbridge rental program owns and operates 1-, 2-, and 3- bedroom rentals. The majority of these units are affordable, meaning the rent is set below market-rate and applicants must meet income minimums and maximums. Tenants must be able to pay the rent in full for an affordable unit. A small portion of these units are subsidized, meaning the tenant pays approximately 30% of their income towards the rent and the government pays the remainder. Subsidized units have an income maximum but no income minimum.
