Pregnant people, new and breast and chest feeding parents, infants, and children under age 5 who are at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level.
Serves enrolled members of the Quinault Indian Nation.

Provides healthy food, nutrition education, and breastfeeding support for pregnant people, new parents, infants, and young children.
Participants receive benefits through an electronic benefits transfer (EBT) card that can be used at authorized grocery stores to purchase approved foods such as milk, eggs, cereal, fruits, and vegetables. Monthly food benefits vary by participant type and household size.
Farmers Market Nutrition Program
Participants can receive additional seasonal produce benefits to buy local, unprocessed fruits and vegetables at authorized farmers markets.
