Eligibility
- Children between the ages of 1 and 18
- Pregnant individuals
- Adults aged 19–64 who are enrolled in Medicaid or who are ineligible for Medicaid solely due to citizenship status
- Seniors 65 and older who are enrolled in Medicaid or who are ineligible solely due to citizenship status and have very low income
- Individuals aged 13 and above experiencing homelessness may access care at the Belltown clinic
