Application process
Walk in. Fill out and sign application form. Staff will contact employer to confirm employment and will order boots if eligible. lt usually takes 1-4 weeks for the boots to come in. Staff will notify the individual when the boots have arrived. The person who ordered the boots must come in to pick them up.
