Hours
M-F, 9am-noon 1-5pm. Drop-in Hours: M W, 1:30-3pm.
Application process
Call to make an appointment or visit during drop-in hours.
Fees
$40 for one hour prepaid appointments and $20 for a half hour drop-in visit. $10 for one hour appointments with proof of indigency. Forms are available for a fee ranging from $5 to $20 per packet.

Provides assistance, coordination, development and direction of services relating to family law issues for unrepresented parties. Facilitators are not attorneys and are prohibited from practicing law. Services include:
  • Explaining the family court process
  • Locating necessary forms
  • Scheduling court hearings
  • Checking paperwork for completeness
  • Calculating child support
Family law facilitator cannot

  • Represent parties in court
  • Fill out forms
  • Provide assistance in cases other than family law cases
