Eligibility
Children and adults.  Priority to clients already being served by the clinic's medical department and pregnant women.
Hours
M-F, 8:30am-5pm. Closed for lunch 12:30-1:30.
Application process
Call for an appointment. Emergency walk-in dental appointments are available daily as scheduling permits.
Fees
Accepts most insurance plans, Medicare and WA Apple Health (Medicaid).  People without health insurance may qualify for sliding scale fees. Staff provides assistance with applications.  Up-front fees may be required for some procedures.
