Eligibility

Adults ages 18 and older but focuses on serving American Indian and Alaska Natives. Clients must be eligible to receive medical care onsite. Poly-substance users allowed with close follow-up.

Hours

M W F, 8am and 1pm. Appointments can last up to three hours.
