Eligibility

Adults ages 55 and older or those with disabilities living within van service boundaries. Call for specific boundary area.  Must be accompanied by caretaker/aide if not independent with daily living activities.  All passengers must complete registration papers and be willing to comply with a code of conduct while riding in the senior van.
