Eviction Prevention Program offered at Community Youth Services
Providing eviction prevention to income eligible households in Thurston County who are willing to meet program requirements. Serves Youth and Young Adults up to the age of 25 who do not have children in the home. Families with children apply through the Family Support Center of South Sound, and adults over the age of 25 and with no children in the home apply through Partners in Prevention Education. Applicants must also work with a case manager to complete a screening form for prioritizing households at highest risk of homelessness, and to participate in housing stability planning.

Eligibility
Thurston county young adults (under 25) without children who: - are behind in rent AND - are at risk of homelessness AND - at or below 80% of Area Median Income (AMI).
