Eligibility

Individuals with disabilities, ages 18 and older.   Participants must be medically cleared for work, must want to work and must be "work ready. "   Must have a realistic vocational goal and have a medical professional verify disability.

Hours

8am to 5pm from Monday through Friday

Application process

Call to schedule an intake (CARES application and release of information forms).   DVR participants must bring pertinent medical/psychological data to the intake. Call the intake number for more information on basic and additional services coordinated through DVR/DSB.

Fees

None for basic services.   Fee-for-service provided through DSHS - Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), Division of Services for the Blind (DSB) and Ticket to Work through ADEN network.
