Provides outpatient behavioral health services, including a broad spectrum of individualized, culturally relevant behavioral health services for adults, children, and families in Okanogan County. Services include mental health outpatient diagnosis, counseling, treatment, and support; 24/7 crisis response; substance/opioid use disorder counseling, treatment, and recovery support; supportive therapeutic housing for individuals in recovery; court-directed therapeutic programs; and peer support programs.

The mission is to provide holistic behavioral health services that promote wellness and sustain recovery in Okanogan County, including: 24/7 crisis support and outpatient treatment for mental health and substance use; child and adolescent services, including the WISe program; Shove House Therapeutic Supportive Housing; and the Highland Center drop-in recovery support center available to any interested community member at no cost. OBHC is a 501C3 nonprofit organization.
