General Disabilities

Provides 72 monthly opportunities that help individuals move forward on their wellness journey using traditional programs, support groups, and activities as well as non-traditional options such as "Gentle Yoga" and "Sacred Movement." Provides support groups, one-to-one peer counseling, workshops and classes, activities, a Day Room, Computer Lab, Information and Referral, a large Community Garden, and a variety of opportunities for participants to volunteer at the center. Programs and services use the "Peer Support Model." Has staff who are highly trained and educated peers, with their CPC Licensure (Certified Peer Support).

Serves adult individuals in Pierce County who have a visible or invisible disability. All services and programs are provided free of charge to participants. Exists to provide services and programs that empower individuals with disabilities to live their fullest possible life.
