Provides medication in the form of Buprenorphine, Naltrexone, and Sublocade injections within an outpatient substance use disorder treatment setting. Outpatient treatment services are offered but not required to receive medications for opioid use disorder. Will work with Poly substance users and clients under the age of 18 are accepted.
