First Visit:   Call in the morning or visit the website to schedule an appointment for pick-up.    There will be questions asked when scheduling a first time visit (like address, phone number, names and birthdates of household).   Any Visit after the first one:   Call in the morning or visit the website to schedule an appointment for pick-up. Alternatively, you can stop by in person and make an appointment with our receptionist.
