Provides emergency housing assistance. Also assists in placing clients in transitional and permanent housing units. Sometimes assists with ongoing transitional housing vouchers.

Application process
Case manager referral is strongly preferred. Clients without case managers can visit in person to apply. Waitlist is not "first come, first served" but is priority based so that the most medically fragile individuals are able to access housing quickly.
Fee
No fees for advocacy. Once housed, fees and charges exist related to housing costs.
Eligibility
Applicant must be homeless or rent burdened (paying 50% of income towards rent). Must have an HIV/AIDS diagnosis. Must be living in King, Island or Snohomish County. Must be living at or below 50% Area Median Income.

Provides various support services including advocacy, case management, home delivered meals, housing assistance and health resources for those whose lives are affected by HIV/AIDS and other chronic illnesses. Pays medical insurance premiums for eligible people with HIV/AIDS. Provides education and outreach to youth on safe sex practices.
