Call or visit website for more information. Offers appointments once a month at the Law & Justice Center and at select locations in east Lewis County.
Fees
$25 due before the appointment is scheduled unless there is a prior determination of indigency.

Assists unrepresented parties as they work their way through the legal system to move family law cases to resolution. Can help with divorces, child support modifications and parenting plan modifications. What Court Facilitators Can Do:
  • Help identify required family law forms.
  • Review court documents to see if they are completed properly.
  • Assist with scheduling court hearings.
  • Explain court procedures.
The facilitator is not an attorney, cannot provide legal advice, and cannot accompany clients to court.
