Eligibility
Open to those who are:
  • Adults aged 18 years or older AND
  • Unhoused or at imminent risk of losing housing AND
  • Has a severe substance use or co-occurring mental health disorder AND
  • Are unable or unwilling to access traditional behavioral health services.
Hours
M-F, 8am-5pm.
