Provides relapse prevention assistance, which consists of patients who have successfully completed primary treatment and have a relapse history.
This program is also appropriate for patients who are currently in outpatient and are deemed to be at high risk for relapse in the near future.

Maintains seven office sites in Pasco, Kennewick, Sunnyside, Toppenish, Wapato, Yakima and Ellensburg. All offices provide Substance Use Disorder Assessments and Treatment and Co Occurring Mental Health counseling programs for children, youth and adults.
