Provides a neighborhood communications network that promotes crime prevention education.   Training seminars are available to business managers and address commercial burglary, shoplifting, robbery and internal theft.  Also suggests ideas on employee training, cash policy, key control and opening and closing procedures.   Home security inspections are offered by some precincts during daytime and evening hours.
