The R.E.A.L. Teams mission is to improve the lives of the people we serve through Recovery, Empowerment, Advocacy, and Linkage, while promoting dignity, health, and self-sufficiency. Priority Populations: Individuals with substance use or co-occurring needs Individuals with frequent contact with law enforcement or first responders Individuals who have had challenges accessing services under the traditional service model Referral sources: Prioritize law enforcement referrals and also take community referrals for the priority populations
