Serves adults and the elderly.
Hours
Office: M-F, 8am-5pm.
Application process
Call to set up an assessment or admission to services. Assessments can be done the same week, or may be further out depending on the availability of staff for that week.
Fees
Fees vary by county: King County - $48/hr for 4 or more hours; $62/hr for 2-3 hours only Pierce/Kitsap County - $46/hr for 4 or more hours; $59/hr for 2-3 hours only. Thurston, Mason and Lewis Counties - $46/hr for 4 or more hours; $59/hr for 2-3 hours only. In all counties, 1 hour bath visit is $85 per visit. Nursing rates: $195 for a 1 hour visit.
