Eligibility
Customers who are ages 62 and older or who have a permanent, documented disability and Household income is below $35,600 for a single person or $38,000 for a household.
Hours
M-F, 8am-4:30pm.
Application process
Call for more information.   Certification of qualifications must be renewed annually in April.    New customers may be approved during other times of the year.

Offers a water and sewer discount for older adults and customers with disabilities. Income restrictions also apply.   Approved customers will receive a 50% reduction in their water and/or sewer bi-monthly base rate on their billing cycle.
