Some units are for rent at fixed rates that are below fair market value. These units require that household income be 1.75 times the rent. Other units have sliding scale rates based on HUD standards. Household income must be at least $400, and some households must also be eligible for Project-Based Vouchers. There is usually a wait list administered through the Thurston County Housing Authority for Project-Based Vouchers.
