An after-school program supporting high school students in Seattle Public Schools to build leadership, career readiness, and essential life skills. Through interactive workshops, students develop communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and goal-setting skills. The program also provides internship opportunities that offer hands-on experience and exposure to different career pathways. Participants explore their interests, build confidence, and strengthen their sense of identity. In addition, youth engage in community-based projects that promote civic responsibility and cultural awareness.
