May enforce: - Building Code Violations - Environmental and Stormwater Violations - Junk Vehicles and Parking (private property) - Nuisance Conditions - Property Maintenance Conditions - Sign Code Violations - Zoning Violations Does not enforce: - Civil Disputes - Electrical Work - Homeowners Associations - Livestock and Fowl - Police Issues Code violation determinations can be appealed.
