People who are blind or low vision living in Adams, Asotin, Chelan, Douglass, Ferry, Garfield, Grant, Kittitas, Lincoln, Okanogan, Pend Orielle, Spokane, Stevens, and Whitman counties.

1pm to 6pm on Wednesdays and Fridays
