Eligibility
Must be homeless (without permanent housing who may live on the street, stay in a shelter, mission, hotel, abandoned building or vehicle, or any unstable or nonpermanent situation).
Hours
8am to 5pm from Monday through Friday
Application process
If individuals who believe they meet the definition of homeless should ask to speak to a YNHS supervisor or outreach worker.

Provides medical, dental, and behavioral health services targeted to people experiencing homelessness. Services are offered at all YNHS clinics, and at selected shelters/homeless provider in Yakima.  Outreach services, medical respite care, transitional, and permanent supportive housing available.

YNHS, a Community Health Center, provides comprehensive health and social services to individuals and families in Yakima County. Nine primary care locations in the Yakima Valley include medical, dental, pharmacy, behavioral health, nutrition counseling, health insurance application assistance, housing help (including housing for unhoused individuals and families), rental assistance, and other basic needs assistance. YNHS does not require or ask for citizenship status for any programs.
