Eligibility

Must be referred by a clinician or treatment provider.   Patients are expected to have a full commitment to sobriety. Poly-substance use is not allowed.   Can see clients under age 18.  

Hours

8:30am to 5pm from Monday through Friday

Application process

Call for more information. Same day induction is possible for highly motivated clients. Otherwise induction occurs within 1-4 weeks of initial phone contact.

Accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance. Some financial assistance may be available.

Provides suboxone and Vivitrol in an outpatient medical clinic setting.    Clients must be punctual and meet all criteria of program to remain enrolled. Primary care services and medical detox are offered for clients that meet the needed criteria.
