Parents must have active dependency case in the Pierce County Superior Court System.
Non violent, no severe mental health issues and no methadone.

Provides comprehensive and intensive, wrap-around services that can effectively deal with the complex problems of families impacted by substance use.
Services offered include: screening, orientation, assessment, evaluation, treatment provision, and case management of program clients and courtroom presentation of client progress.
May also offer Medication Assisted Treatment to those currently enrolled in Pierce County Alliance programs.

The mission of the Pierce County Alliance (PCA) is to take a leadership role in the provision of behavioral health services with a focus on drug and alcohol treatment, mental health disorders and youth services that improve the wellness of individuals, families and the broader community. Established in 1972, PCA is organized as a private non-profit social service agency providing a wide range of services that respond to current community needs and issues. The agency works with other, local providers and governmental agencies to serve clientele throughout Pierce and Thurston Counties.
