Eligibility
You may qualify for RBF if you live within the Lynnwood city limits and are in the Free Lunch Program through the Edmonds School District or have a letter of Permanent Disability from the Social Security Administration. If you do not receive these benefits a current copy of your Federal Income tax return can be used for eligibility.
