Those at or below 50% of the Area Median Income. At least one member of the household must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen.
Households applying for public housing must include at least one adult 62 years old or older OR an adult age 18 or older with a verified disability. A person with a disability is someone with a long-term or permanent physical or mental impairment that makes activities of daily living difficult.
