Provides intensive treatment for individuals seeking recovery from addiction or mental health conditions. Offers evidence-based, structured care that builds lasting skills for long-term recovery and wellness.
Therapy sessions are tailored to meet the individual needs of each patient through a combination of individual, group, and family therapy. Includes:
- Educational lectures and process groups on stages of change, family systems, and boundary setting
- Exploration of 12-step concepts and codependency recovery
- Skills training for managing depression, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD
- Identifying triggers, reducing impulsivity, and addressing the consequences of harmful behaviors
- Coping strategies through yoga, meditation, and recreational therapy
