Application process
Visit the website at www.intercitytransit.com/dial-a-lift/eligibility-and-certification, email [email protected], or call 360-705-5896, to get an application. Assistance with the application is available. Completed applications are processed within 21 days. Those who are able to ride call 360-754-9393 to schedule their rides.

Provides door-to-door, shared ride public transportation service for people with disabilities that prevent them from using Intercity Transit's fixed route bus service. Offer Dial-A-Lift service where and when fixed route buses operate. Passengers must complete an application, be eligible and certified to ride Dial-A-Lift.
