Dial-A-Ride offered by Valley Transit

Eligibility
Must be 70 + years old or have a physician verify a disability that prevents the passenger from using the regular bus routes.

Phone: M-F, 8am-5pm. Transportation: M-F, 6:15am-5:45pm.
Application process
An application must be completed. Applications are available at the main office, Valley Transit Website, or call dispatch to have an application mailed.
Fees
Valley Transit is participating in the Zero-Fare Pilot Program which makes the Dial-A-Ride service FREE to all clients from September 6, 2022 to December 31, 2025.

Valley Transit
Valley Transit provides public transportation Monday through Saturday with eight fixed route bus lines, flex routes, paratransit (Dial-A-Ride), and Job Access services. Currently, Valley Transit is participating in a Zero-Fare Pilot Program which makes all fares free (except for Job Access) from September 6, 2022 to December 31, 2025. Job Access passes are available for $12.  All vehicles are wheelchair accessible and have bicycle racks.
