Description
People age 65 and older and persons with disabilities may get a Regional Reduced Fare Permit. It is an ID card that allows you to ride the regular fixed-route buses throughout the Puget Sound Region, Sounder and Washington State Ferries at a discounted fare. The permit is REQUIRED on most transit systems in order to pay a reduced fare.

A public transportation system which provides local fixed-route bus service to Arlington, Bothell, Darrington, Edmonds, downtown Everett, Gold Bar, Granite Falls, Lake Stevens, Lynnwood, Marysville, Mill Creek, Monroe, Mountlake Terrace, Mukilteo, Oso, Quil Ceda, Snohomish, Stanwood and Sultan. The agency provides commuter bus service to downtown Seattle and the UW District. Community Transit operates a vanpool program and coordinates with a regional ride match system to facilitate carpools. Community Transit also provides ADA paratransit service (Dial-A-Ride-Transportation, or DART) throughout Snohomish County.
