Meals on Wheels provides hot, nutritious meals to elderly individuals living within the Spokane City limits who are homebound, unable to provide or prepare nutritious meals.

Delivers meals to the homes of homebound elderly and disabled persons throughout the greater Spokane Valley area during the work week. Frozen meals are provided for the weekends and liquid nutrition is also available.

Delivers meals to older adults in King County. Provides a choice of 30 plus different meals including breakfast, kosher, vegan, and vegetarian. Additionally, some meals are low in saturated fat, low cholesterol, and low sodium. Seven meals can be ordered per week and are delivered once a week. Liquid nutritional supplements (Ensure and Glucerna) are available for purchase. Meals arrive frozen and packaged in trays that can be heated in either a microwave or conventional oven. Service begins approximately 1 to 2 weeks after agency receives the application.

Offers furniture, appliances, lamps, curtains, towels and bed linens; small kitchen appliances, cookware, bake ware, flatware and dishes. Offers clothing, shoes, coats and other cold weather gear; toiletries, medical equipment, blankets and food.

Provides diapers, wipes, and formula one time per month.

Offers assistance to those in need in Cheney, WA. May help with gas gift cards, grocery gift cards, or utility bill assistance based on funding.

Provides emergency food and hygiene assistance to honorably discharged Veterans, their families, and widows pursuant to the laws of the State of Washington. Emergency assistance is geared towards sustainable positive outcomes for eligible veterans. Service officers are knowledgeable, skilled and have relationships with area partners who together with their services will often be successful in forming comprehensive and lasting solutions for clients.

Volunteers deliver free non-perishable meal kits that require cooking. Also offers delivery of hygiene products, toilet paper, and feminine hygiene products. Bus passes are also offered at no cost.

Provides food assistance through local neighborhood chapters via food pantries or through a gift card at grocery store.   Not all areas of King County are served by a chapter, and not all existing neighborhood chapters provide help with food.

Offers financial assistance to those in need in Cheney, WA based on funding available. Offers assistance with groceries, utilities assistance, gas, and more.

Provides some financial assistance to those in need in the area, based on limited funding. May be able to help with gas, food, and utilities on a case-by-case basis.

Offers ongoing support for pregnant women and their partners, and parenting families of infants and toddlers. Parenting education is provided one on one with a trained parenting advocate. Once enrolled, a client works with their parenting advocate to choose a curriculum best suited to their needs and interests. While clients are learning they earn credits to spend any way they wish on maternity and baby supplies at the Boutique.

Provides free home delivered meals and congregate meals in a group setting to older adults 60 years of age and older.

Serves free meals to men, women and families. Volunteers and donations welcome.

Provides food to community members in need at 11 rural locations throughout Whitman County. Emergency food boxes can be provided to those in urgent need within 24 hours. Senior Commodities Box: provides a commodities supplemental food program for seniors 60 and over for those who need some extra food each month (must register). Distributions are in the following communities: Palouse, Rosalia, Garfield, LaCrosse, Malden/Pine City, St. John, Oakesdale, Endicott, Tekoa, Colton/Uniontown, Colfax/Steptoe and Pullman. Please call for dates and times.

Farm Business Incubator is a bilingual program that offers necessary resources in supporting a successful farming business. The program supports beginning and experienced farm workers with tools for accessing land, infrastructure, equipment, markets and capital.

Provides food bank services.

Provides limited assistance to people in need of emergency food, rent, and electricity.  This branch serves only those living in the North Kitsap area.

Sacred Heart is part of the St. Vincent De Paul Network, and this particular church focuses on Food assistance and utilities as part of their outreach.   Sometime diapers may be available. May serve those living in, and right around, parish boundaries (typically serves those between E 29th and E 72, and between Pacific and Portland Ave.) NO rental assistance.   Food Vouchers are provided to a grocery store, and the caller will have to be able to get to the grocery store.

Provides food and hygiene products to those in need. Provides Farmer's market vouchers in the summer and meals for kids during holiday breaks.

Coordinates a network of food pantries across Okanogan County. Clients can self select their items at most locations. Most also have government commodities for older adults. May have special food during the holidays, depending on funding and donations. Residents who have difficulty traveling to their local pantry can designate someone to pick up a box on their behalf.
