Delivers meals to older adults in King County. Provides a choice of 30 plus different meals including breakfast, kosher, vegan, and vegetarian. Additionally, some meals are low in saturated fat, low cholesterol, and low sodium. Seven meals can be ordered per week and are delivered once a week. Liquid nutritional supplements (Ensure and Glucerna) are available for purchase. Meals arrive frozen and packaged in trays that can be heated in either a microwave or conventional oven. Service begins approximately 1 to 2 weeks after agency receives the application.

Operates a special dietary needs food bank. Serving our low income community with diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, HIV/AIDS, cancer, etc., in need of healthier food options due to their health issues that not all mainstream food banks can meet. Purchases and/or receive donations of fresh fruits and vegetables, natural turkey, chicken, and fish. Also buys Ensure, Glucerna and other nutritional drinks for the clients that have a medical need for liquid nutrition.

Provides liquid nutritional supplements for individuals 60 years of age and older who have special medical needs and have received a prescription from a doctor.

Offers frozen, home delivered meals for older persons who are unable to leave their home to shop and find it hard to prepare nutritious meals. Meals are prepared with the special dietary needs of seniors in mind. Prepares one meal per person for every day of the week. Meals will be delivered once a week or twice a month depending on location.

Offers a Liquid Meal Replacement program for seniors who cannot eat properly due to illness or disability, or who are underweight. The product provided is a nutrient-dense food that meets one-third of the recommended daily nutritional allowances (RDA) in one 250 ml can.  A case of 24 cans is available to seniors through their local senior center.  Suggested donation is $25.00 per case of 2.

Provides durable medical equipment items, nutritional supplements, incontinence supplies, and other paramedical supplies. The medical equipment may include wheelchairs, shower chairs, canes, walkers, crutches, etc. Nutritional supplies provided at no charge include ensure & glucerna shakes, incontinence supplies, and other paramedical supplies.
